Great atmosphere & friendly, prompt service . I was able to view the menu before I got a table & that was helpful in deciding where to eat amongst the many choices at Navy Pier. Friendly staff helped me to a great outdoor table overlooking the lake & marina. Got my drink right away while I enjoyed the scenery and awaited my juicy burger. Fries were fresh & so was coleslaw. Many fun drinks on the drink menu & craft beers. Plenty of seating inside & outdoors secures there is always a place for you and your group. Great spot on the pier worth visiting.

Stopped by after the Navy Pier fireworks and although it was within an hour of closing the staff was extremely friendly. Our waitress, Alyson O., had a fantastic personality and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and could take our time. Really enjoyed the burgers, fries, and chili.

Food is pretty good for barfoods. We picked outside seating. They have plenty tables inside and outside. We ended up eating there twice. Both of times our servers were nice, food came pretty quickly. Definitely it is busy on the night when there's something going on, like fireworks or special events.

Our food came out INSTANTLY and was awesome!! We ordered and our mozzarella sticks and burgers were out within two minutes, I was shocked. All the food and drinks tasted great and the service was excellent overall. A nice place for a meal!

This is a touristy sitch. BUT!!!! You can find some nostalgia on the walls that will rope you in despite where you are from. Bill Murray's Groundhog day suit, Cubs/Bulls/Sox/Hawks/Bears, its a museum! Food is better than average but not the greatest meal you will have. Ryan was our server, and I have to stop and take a minute. He was sooooo attentive, so aware, so so awesome. He gave recommendations outside of the restaurant that were worth their weight in gold. He was easily one of the best servers Ive ever had at any level of dining. Im from out of town, but if the higher ups are seeing these reviews, please know Ryan is an unbelievable asset for your team, and was such a pleasant surprise as we were working our way through tourist traps all day.

We enjoyed a day at Navy Pier including a sail on Lake Michigan. Hungry and thirsty after, we sought a nice place to sit in the AC and get a bite. We remembered seeing the Tavern on our walk into the Pier. We were quickly seated with drinks ordered. Food and drink were good with multiple options available to fit many tastes. The foot long Chicago go was good meal with plenty of napkins provided and used. Atmosphere is enhanced with TVs above the bar, many pictures of sports figures and celebrities cover the walls. Be sure to look at all the memorabilia of Harold Ramis Hollywood career, many sports artifacts from baseballs to jerseys, and a collection of Elvis Presley glasses and the story of Harry meeting Elvis!.

Excellent food, great service. We loved the atmosphere, too. Some great sports memorabilia in there, too. The food was delicious, so fresh, cooked to perfection.
